My Friends

Drake University

Drake University So it is back to college and the books all over again. I must say, it has been a while but it feels good to be back, at least for the social part of school. Iowa reminds me of Alfred, NY albeit a larger version. I am getting to like the place and I have made quite a number of friends in my first two weeks here. But the main thing right now is working on getting my degree over and done with. I start work on Monday at the National Pork Board as a web development intern so that is going to be an interesting time and learning opportunity.

css mania So I was browsing through CSS Mania, a leading CSS Gallery that showcases amazing CSS based sites, and found my site listed in their gallery. This site is also featured on Thomas Marban's Personal Web Sandbox. Really feels good to make the cut. In the meantime, I am working on updating the site and making changes here and there. I know it has been a while since I updated, but I have been tied up with work and projects I am working on. And school is now around the corner...

What Next?

birthday celebration So now that the World Cup is over, and birthdays are over and done with, what comes next? Looks I will need to search for things to write about. On the other hand, I would like to thank everyone who has had a look at the new site and provided feedback. This is a work in progress so there's some more functionality on the way. Off to look for something interesting to write about.

Countdown to my Birthday

birthday celebration Another year has gone by, and my birthday is here once again has come and gone. It is was on July 8 incase you are wondering... Trying to think of what I should do but I guess I will figure all of that out tomorrow once we move out of this apartment to the new one. Moving out of the old apartment into the new one was really tiring, but I must say, I still had energy to hang out with the family on Saturday night.
